The Outcasts

Early Sunday morning the tranquility of life on Lavendelweg is disturbed by a single barrier tape stretched from one side of the street to the other. It takes little time for a crowd of local residents to gather to examine the situation. Everyone has a different theory since there is no evident reason for the barrier. With such an uncertain situation between neighbors the inevitable happens: An argument arises putting everyone’s beliefs of the rules to the test.
